About our soaps
What ingredients do CARIBE PASION soaps contain?
Our soaps are formulated with more than 7 noble vegetable oils and extracts: jojoba oil, rosehip, coconut, argan, oat, olive, and castor. To these high-quality oils, we add unique natural fragrances inspired by the biodiversity of the Colombian Caribbean. Paraben-free, sulfate-free, artificial colorant-free.
Are the soaps 100% natural?
Yes. All our soaps are 100% natural and are INVIMA certified, which guarantees their quality and safety for use in Colombia.
Are they suitable for children and babies?
Yes, perfectly. Being 100% natural and free of harsh chemicals, our soaps are gentle and safe for the whole family: men, women, and children.
Are they vegan?
Yes. We use only plant-based ingredients, with no animal-derived components.
Are they tested on animals?
No. CARIBE PASION is firmly committed to the protection of animals, fauna, and flora. Our products are never tested on animals.
How long do the soaps last?
Our soaps do not have an expiration date, but we recommend using them within one year of purchase to fully enjoy all their natural aromas and benefits. Store them in a cool, dry place.
About shipping
Do you ship throughout Colombia?
Yes, we ship throughout Colombian territory, from large cities to the most remote regions.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary by region:
- Cartagena de Indias: same-day delivery
- Major cities (Bogotá, Medellín, Barranquilla, Cali, etc.): 2 to 5 business days
- Other regions: up to 14 business days depending on accessibility
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping cost is $14,900 COP. Shipping is free for orders over $150,000 COP.
About gift kits
Can I choose the fragrances for my kit?
Yes, absolutely. Our kits are fully customizable: you choose the fragrances from our 16 exclusive varieties. The process is quick and simple directly in our store.
Do the kits include gift packaging?
Our kits already come with premium presentation, ready to gift. Additionally, upon request, we can add a special gift wrapping and a personalized message to make your detail even more special.
Do you have kits for businesses?

About orders and returns
How can I contact you if I have a problem with my order?
You can easily contact us via WhatsApp or email through our contact page. We will respond within 24 hours.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes. If you have any problem with your order (damaged product, shipping error), contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will quickly manage it via WhatsApp or email. Each case is handled individually to ensure your satisfaction.
