Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute), the client has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within five (5) business days following the delivery of the product, provided that:

The product has not been used.

It is in its original packaging.

It is in perfect condition.

The client must bear the return shipping costs.

Once the product is received and its condition verified, Caribe Pasión will proceed with the refund of the money within the applicable legal deadlines.

Exchanges and Returns

Exchanges and returns of products purchased through this website will only proceed in the following cases:

• When the product received arrives in poor condition or has obvious defects.

• When the product delivered is different from the product actually purchased, provided that the consumer has proof of purchase.

Since Caribe Pasión S.A.S. products are of natural origin and intended for skin care, for reasons of hygiene and consumer safety, the use of the product implies the loss of the right to return.

Once the product has been opened, unsealed or used, exchanges or returns will not be possible.
